Your data is stored on secure servers located in Australia and/or the United States (via Neon Serverless Postgres). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

LeadForge uses an HTTP-only session cookie (sid) to authenticate users. This cookie does not track you across third-party websites. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies without your consent.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Neon — database hosting
• G-NAF — Australian address data (read-only, no personal data shared)
• Email providers — for transactional emails (if connected)

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers solely to operate the platform, or where required by law.
